Gold's Gym in Rainbow City features Unlimited Fitness Consulting LLC. (UFC). Our trainers are all certified and have developed quite a reputation as some of the best in the area. They'll keep you motivated, cater your workouts to your needs and limitations and can even write up a nutrition plan for you to follow.
